‘Please don’t Go!’



Just that. I even couldn’t say it. Just those phrase. There is nothing I can do when your body completely turn into a piece of ash. The ash’s murmured my ears that you’re gone forever. My tears flowed and my heart full of hatred. Hatred for those vampire hunters who killed you. They killed him! They killed my beloved one!

~(Sound of a violin)~

“What’s that sound?”, Shizuka whispered. She listen to the sound carefully. The wind slowly blow up her beautiful long hair. A cherry blossom’s leaves began to fall beside her.

“It’s…a beautiful melody…I wonder where it came from?”,said Shizuka amazed.

She began to searching that beautiful sound. The cherry blossom’s leaves adorned her steps. She slowly stopped when she saw a young boy playing a violin. Shizuka found that the beautiful sound came from that instrument.

Her eyes didn’t changed gaze at even for a single moment. She looks really amazed of what she saw now.

The boy with short silver hair stopped playing. He realized that Shizuka stared at him for a long moment. He smiled.

“What’s wrong? Did I make a bad sound? I’m so sorry if it bothered you…”,he said gently. Shizuka starled for a second.

“No! It’s not right! You played a really beautiful sound…”,Shizuka said shyly.

“Thank you. I’m glad to hear it.”

“Um, what is−I mean, what kind of song is that? The one you played earlier?”

“Oh? It’s Ave Maria, one of the classic music made by Schubert. I like this song so much.”

“Ave…Maria…I see…Would you mind to play it once again? I…I kinda like it−But−if you don’t mind…”, Shizuka’s cheek looks colored like a red apple.

The boy smiled again. Gently this time.

“Sure.”, he said politely and he begin to play the violin.

For a moment ago, sad, pain and hatred appeared to the surface of Shizuka’s heart. But then, those melodies…those beautiful melodies…Makes her sinked into those calmly melodies.


“It’s really beautiful…”,Shizuka’s whispered softly, but it sounds so peaceful. She never felt this feeling before. It feels warm, gentle and calm inside of her heart.
"...Hey, can i...know your name?",Shizuka’s cheek looks colored like a red apple again this time.
The boy quiet for a moment. His hair slowly blown by the peaceful wind.

"Sure, i'm Ichiru Kiryuu, you can call me Ichiru", he smiled.

Shizuka's heartbeat begin to move more fast and she don't know why. She never feels this way with other human like that boy before.

"and you?", he asked with his gentle voice.

Shizuka realized that there's something inside his heart begin to move.
'No,it can't be...He's just a human...'

With a beautiful smile and red face, Shizuka said,
"I'm Shizuka...Shizuka Hio."
